Alysha is our Office Administrator. She plays a vital role in keeping our clinic running smoothly behind the scenes while ensuring every patient feels heard and cared for. With a natural creative flair, Alysha brings a fresh perspective to the practice. Financial Policy
All co-payments, deductibles, and non-covered services are required to be paid at the time of service
Pain Control
We do not and will not prescribe pain medication. We will be happy to refer you to a pain management specialist.
Prescription Refills
When requesting refills, please be prepared to provide us with the name of the medication, the dosage, and the name of your pharmacy. Please allow us until the end of the business day to process refill request. As a general rule we do not process refill request after hours or on the weekend unless it is an emergency.
